850ai publishes credit education so consumers can use the same rights they already have under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Guides on the blog, the glossary, and 850 University are educational. They are not legal advice, not a promise of deletion, and not a substitute for talking to a licensed attorney about your situation.

CROA and what we will not claim

850ai is software the consumer operates. Disputes go out under your name. Nothing is mailed until you review the letters and click send or Deploy. We will not:

Consumers can pull reports at AnnualCreditReport.com, dispute with Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion at no cost, and file a complaint at consumerfinance.gov/complaint at no cost. How 850ai differs from a credit repair organization is on Is 850ai legit?.

Corrections and updates

Material articles carry a visible “Updated” date. We revise when the law, bureau policy, or a named competitor’s public product changes, or when a reader flags an error. Send corrections to the support link on About. We do not silently rewrite a guide to match a marketing campaign.

Affiliate and commercial disclosure

Blog posts describe 850ai because we make it. Comparison tables include 850ai on purpose. We do not accept paid placements to appear in our own “best tools” list. If that ever changes, the article will say so at the top.
