What ChatGPT Dots are

OpenAI launched dots on September 29, 2026. They run on GPT-6 Astra, keep working while your laptop is off, and reach more than 4,000 apps through plugins. You can message a dot in ChatGPT, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.

Dots are on ChatGPT Pro for users 18 and older outside the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, on Business Premium, and in Enterprise workspaces where an admin turns on the beta. • Don't give your dot your Social Security number, a photo of your ID, or a card number. 850ai already has what it needs from your account.
• Don't let it pay a collector. In some states a payment on an old debt can restart the time limit to sue.
• Read the bureau's actual letter before you approve the next round.
