Credit Saint is a credit repair company: its specialists review your report and send challenges to your creditors and the three bureaus for you. 850ai is software you operate. It reads your Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion files, drafts a letter for each item, and mails it by USPS First Class after you approve it. The real question is whether you want to hire a company or stay the sender.

What neither can do
No company or software can lawfully remove accurate, timely, verifiable information. Both work the same rights you already have: a bureau must investigate a dispute, usually within 30 days, and delete what it cannot verify. You can do that yourself for free with the free dispute letter builder, and you can file a free CFPB complaint.
